There are no user accounts on this site; the contact form is our only source of data.
- Identity and contact details: name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, country and city.
- Enquiry content: the product you are interested in, approximate tonnage, subject and message text.

5. Transfers

Send your request through [email protected] or in writing to the postal address above. We answer within thirty days at no charge. Where the request requires additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
9. Security measures
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the admin panel is password protected, failed login attempts are rate limited, and every form submission is validated against cross-site request forgery. Database queries run as prepared statements. Every change made in the admin panel is logged.
10. Newsletter
The e-mail address you enter in the footer newsletter form is stored together with your language preference, the date of sign-up and your IP address. It is used only to send season prices and product and shipping news, and is not shared with third parties. You can leave the list at any time via the link at the bottom of every message or by writing to [email protected]; an unsubscribed address is removed from the mailing list immediately.
