Our own laboratory
Moisture, foreign matter, hectolitre weight and protein are measured on our own instruments. The report is open to seller and buyer alike.

A business that starts in the field and ends at the port.
A business that starts in the field and ends at the port.
Djili Soy Gıda began by sitting at the same table as the grower, out on the grain plains of Aksaray. Today we ship from warehouses next to the Port of Mersin to buyers around the world, but the heart of the business has not changed: accurate measurement, an honest price, payment on time.
We work from two centres. Aksaray is where we meet the grower: purchase, weighing, sampling and the first cleaning happen there. Mersin is where the goods set off: storage, final grading, customs and container loading.
In our own laboratory we measure moisture, foreign matter, hectolitre weight and protein for every lot. The report is open to seller and buyer alike, because two parties looking at different numbers will never agree.

We collect the crop from your field or your store. Loading day does not depend on somebody else’s schedule.
Our warehouses are twenty minutes from the Port of Mersin. Container loading can be finished the same day.
Quantity, specification and payment date go into the contract. That is why the same growers have stayed with us year after year.

The business began with a purchase ledger and a weighbridge. Going out to the field on harvest mornings, seeing the crop where it stood, rubbing it in the palm to judge the moisture, then saying the number plainly.
That habit has not changed. Today we have laboratory instruments, lorries and customs paperwork; but the price is still discussed after the crop has been seen.

Every incoming lot is screened first, then passes through the drier according to its moisture. We set the drying temperature so the kernel does not crack, which is why our broken-grain share stays low.
After grading, the crop goes into separate silos by type and quality. Two different grades never share a silo.

Mersin is one of the largest container ports on the Mediterranean. Our warehouses being close to it speeds up loading: when a lot is ready, it goes into the container the same day.
Certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, phytosanitary certificate and weight list are prepared by us. We do not want the buyer waiting at customs.
Two parties looking at different numbers will never agree. That is why the analysis report is the same one in the seller’s hand and the buyer’s.
