Delivery terms

In bulk, in 25 and 50 kg polypropylene bags, or in 1000 kg big-bags. If you need your own label or brand, let us discuss it before loading.

The contract
What binds is what is written
The technical values on this site show ranges common in the trade; they are not a guarantee for a given lot. The binding specification is the one written in the contract and in that lot’s certificate of analysis.
We say so up front for a simple reason: almost every dispute that arises later began with a number said out loud and never written down.
Loading
From warehouse to container, same day
Once a lot is prepared we do not let it wait. Because we are close to the Port of Mersin, loading is usually finished the same day.
A sample is drawn and sealed during loading. If the buyer wants them, loading photographs and weighing documents go out the same day.
Shipping
Regular shipments to eighteen countries
We work steadily across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Phytosanitary requirements in the buyer’s country are met before loading.
We are happy to start with a small lot on a first order; a trial load is the soundest way to begin a relationship.
Pleasing a buyer once is easy. The hard part is hitting the same figures on the second load.
