During the buying season our team is out in the field. We do not quote a price before we have seen the crop: we take a sample at the field or the threshing floor, measure it in the laboratory and show you the result.
What we offer the grower

We buy regularly along the Aksaray, Konya, Niğde, Nevşehir and Karaman line. If your area is not on the list, call anyway: if the tonnage works, our lorry will come.

A figure given over the phone is an estimate; the binding price is the one given after the sample has been measured. That is why our team is on the road through the harvest.
One call is enough: the commodity, an approximate tonnage and where you are. We plan the rest.
Measurement
The number comes from an instrument, not a guess
The sample reaches the laboratory; moisture, foreign matter, hectolitre weight and, where needed, protein are measured. You have the result the same day.
Measurement is not a bargaining tool for us. The price follows what the report says, and the same report is attached to the shipping papers.
Collection
Our lorry comes on the agreed day
We fix the loading day together and the lorry is at your gate that day. The payment process starts the moment the weighbridge ticket is issued.

This trade does not work unless the grower earns. Buy cheap and you win one season; the next year nobody knocks on your door.
